Legally Blonde star Sheridan, 30, continued to cover her breasts with his hands after sliding out of her dress at a charity performance held in London's Café de Paris.
He was joined on stage by co-host How to Look Good Naked Gok Wan who helped spare Sheridan reddened by giving a hand to get the dress back on him.
The event saw a flash of their meat dancers on stage raised more than £ 35,000 for charity Make a Difference Trust.
Charity aims to help people living with HIV and AIDS.
